Complex Comprehensive Financial Plan

This is offered for the more complex plans, such as multiple pension decisions, how a business factors into a plan, multiple businesses, commercial or residential rental properties, complex portfolios, annuities, etc.

The Complex Comprehensive Financial Plan focuses on:

  • Financial Freedom Quick-Start Meeting (SP)
  • A thorough Investment Analysis with Recommendations - this is a comprehensive look at ALL your investable assets, including retirement plans. We do a 360 degree review, review overall measurement of risk, and make specific recommendations. I've been in the investment world for over 30 years, and this is one of our sweet spots.
  • A thorough Retirement Plan and Cash Flow Analysis - we have found over the years the Cash Flow analysis is the backbone for any solid financial and retirement plan. We work together to put everything together in terms of income and expenses, make reasonable assumptions going forward, and review a variety of variables that can impact a retirement. In addition, we do an overall Risk Assessment, and review potential needs for Life, Disability, and Long-Term-Care insurance.
  • Social Security Optimization - Your various Social Security Options are evaluated, and through client discussion and interaction decisions are arrived at that best suit the client's needs.
  • Stress Testing of Your Plan - we use a strenuous analysis called "Monte Carlo Simulation" to determine the most probable outcome as well as Best and Worst-Case Scenarios. We then assign the probability of achieving your financial goals within those parameters.
  • One-hour Intermediate Meeting #1 – Goal Setting (SP)
  • One-hour Intermediate Meeting #2 – Interactive decision making

Comprehensive Financial Plan

This planning package encompasses what most clients need - financial planning, cash flow projections, retirement planning, insurance analyses, etc. PLUS investment analysis with recommendations.

The Single Project plan is designed for new or existing clients who need assistance with the following:

- Benefits and 401 (k) investment selections (especially if you are a new employee)

- Pension buyouts (you may be someone who is confronted with a number of options and counsel on how to proceed or IF to proceed)

- Pretty much anything you can imagine from a financial perspective that is singular in nature

Foundational Financial Plan

Foundational Planning will use a single tool to provide a quicker and more efficient assessment of essential needs and goals. It is goals-focused, simple and suitable for clients that are in the early stages of their financial journey. This project will allow recommendations to be made, and changes to goals will illustrate the immediate impact on your probability of success. However, we don't account for any annual cash flow surplus or shortage. Instead, we generally focus on investment growth, savings to investment accounts and withdrawals specifically for goals.

In other words, it is a goals-based plan, not a Cash Flow-based Plan. Foundational Planning is not recommended for clients closer to retirement, clients that need help with Cash Flow issues, a need for multiple “What-If” Scenarios, clients with scattered or complex portfolios, etc. In other words, any client looking for specific advice on buying or selling property, taxes, investments, Roth vs. Traditional retirement plans, businesses, more detail, etc. would fall into one of the more complex plans.

Not to worry as client’s needs become more complex down the road, we can seamlessly integrate their information into a more complex financial plan.

Our ongoing review services will keep your plan a “living document” and ensure that changes in your life are incorporated into your financial plan with formal Annual Reviews.
